Now, you see, I’m a stand-up comedian and musician as well as
a promoter, so I aim to run comedy clubs that I’d happily be
an audience member at, and I’ve been doing that for venues
nationwide for over a decade now, becoming a limited company two
years ago. I intend that Kill for a Seat events are a great
pleasure for everyone involved (audience, venue staff, acts etc.)
That's all I'm aiming for. I will provide good value, and will work
hard for and with clients to make sure any and all nights we run
are a success, whether a one-off corporate gig, a freshers’
week event or a regular comedy night. Finding not just available
acts, but the right acts, takes work, but if you ask the venues
across the UK with whom I work, they will tell you that I'm
infinitely more interested in creating audiences who will become
ambassadors for stand-up comedy than ripping people off, and as I
am a small operation, you’ll not be paying for the upkeep of
expensive London offices. I charge fairly for my services, and pay
fairly too.
