Silky, and the comedy clubs I run.
My name is Silky, and I am a comedian, musician, writer and all the
other things people say they do when they don't really have to get
up too early. As well as performing all over the world, I run a
circuit of independent comedy clubs, and having spent over ten
years on the comedy circuit, I aim for my clubs to be the best they
can be for all concerned. For the audience, for the performers, for
the venues. It's kind of an Organic idea. No pesticides or GM here:
free range comedians and lush venues, coupled with year-round sunny
audiences making for really great events. If you could do with a
laugh, get in touch. Anyway, make yourself at home: see where I'm

know he is probably a secret millionaire (few people know he
invented the Dustbuster), but I always get the feeling with Silky
that he's not in it for the money, but for the joy of it (and the
